Senior Accountant - Manufacturing

We're partnering with a growing, PE-owned manufacturing company looking for a Senior Accountant to join a growing and talented team of around 10. You'll report to an excellent Controller, have a broad set of responsibilities and many growth and learning opportunities.

This is a great opportunity with a recession-proof business that's a leader in its industry space, and a role that will give you exposure to all areas of accounting including revenue recognition, financial reporting, internal controls, inventory and project costing, banking and treasury.

What you'll be doing

• This role is full cycle accounting, you will get to touch almost every piece of the accounting function and will have the autonomy to create impact
• Perform and/or support various accounting duties such as month-end close, accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, data analysis, financial reporting, inventory processes, fixed asset accounting, and other tasks as assigned.
• Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards.
• Assist with audits, including providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

What you'll bring

• Ambition and a desire to grow with the company and take on additional responsibilities
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not required
