Responsibilities:
Assess and optimize our growing systems, ensuring that plants' needs are prioritized at every stage
Oversee the entire growth process, from germination to harvest, maximizing efficiency and sustainability
Compensation:
Pay-as-you-go structure, with hours billed to the company every two weeks
Payment via Zelle or Venmo
Opportunity for a full-time position with competitive compensation upon securing funding

We understand the importance of flexibility, so you can work remotely when possible, using video screen-sharing services, and visit the site only when necessary.
