Security - Rentals Jobs

Field Security will work to assure the fields are only used by organizations that have authorization to be utilizing the facility. These organizations must have proper insurance, permit to play and be scheduled ahead of time. All of other groups/person will not be allowed use of field(s)The essential functions of the Field Security will be as follows: *Continuously monitor all athletic fields, parking lot area and bathrooms throughout shift*Introduce yourself to coaches/contact person upon arrival*Enforce all field rules: Example: no smoking, no dogs, water-only on fields, no seeds, no metal spikes on field, etc*Unlock/Lock gates, including bathrooms *Empty trash barrels*Monitor bathrooms, clean and fill toiletries if/when needed *Assure team(s) clean the facility before exiting field, including raking mound, putting tarp on pitchers mound, cleaning/sweeping dugouts, picking up trash/water bottles, putting benches/goals back to proper location, etc*Blowout dugouts after games *Assure only groups with permit are on field *Helping rental groups with miscellaneous concerns - need for rake, clay, etc*Notify Mike Nelson/John Lavoie when safety officials are on school property for issue - police/fire/ambulance
