About This Role

This position is a multi-faceted security position, responsible for Special Programs Security in support of multiple programs including collateral programs. The incumbent will adhere to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 522.22-M, DCIDs and ICDs as well as program related manuals as a part of a team that oversees the day to day security operations within both the SCI and SAP security environments.


Responsibilities

  • Interfaces, hosts and conducts meetings with the customer
  • Maintain Special Program DD-254s, Accreditation letters, 701/702s, and update the Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), access lists and SOP & EAPs.
  • Makes determinations with investigations, violations, and incidents
  • Provides support to other business unit security programs
  • On call to work off hours as required by program needs
  • Maintains knowledge of the requirements supporting the development and maintenance of Risk Management Framework (RMF) environment
  • Interprets program requirements and applies them consistently across diverse situations
  • Create and train security education programs for all program employees
  • Conduct self-inspections, document control, security alarm response, and personnel/physical security (both collateral and special programs)


Qualifications


  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results oriented.
  • Experience working in a Special Programs (SAP and SCI) environment desired
  • Must possess practical knowledge and experience with Jade, DISS, SWIFT, e-QIP
  • Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and multi-task on a variety of initiatives
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years work experience
  • Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • CDSE Facility Security Officer (FSO) certification
  • Must have final DoD Top Secret clearance within the last six years
  • CPSO/CSSO experience desired
  • Impeccable Ethics & Integrity and a willingness to ensure regulatory compliance while providing customer support
  • Must have experience with personnel security, document and visitor control.
