Security Officer Needed - Westbrook, Me. *$19.47

Securitas Northern New England is hiring for a Communications Officer at one of our largest, most respected clients in Maine, IDEXX. IDEXX is known for its diversity, inclusion and great work environment.

The Comms. Officer needs to have a heavy focus in IT, have strong administrative and clerical skills with the ability to multitask and focus in a fast paced environment. Security experience is NOT a necessity, as this is much more of a computer based position.

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday 0700 - 1700 (7:00 am - 5:00 pm)

What We Are Looking For:

• Task oriented (As a leader, Routine duties and changes to daily operations might occur!)
• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to train and be trained!
• Collected demeanor. Able to fit into the role and shift dynamic without causing office disruption!
• Strong and Positive Attitude!
• Strong PC, Phone, and Radio Skills, with an Emphasis on Customer Service and Email Etiquette (Previous Customer service is a plus!)
• Strong IT skills, focus on O365
• Strong leadership skills. You will be leading a patrol team of young officers. A mature attitude is needed!

Requirements:

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• At least 18 years old
• Strong customer service skills
• Walking/standing for long periods of time
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to adhere to all onboarding policies
• Must have GED or High School Diploma
