Security Guard-Construction Site- $19.00/Hr Fri, Sat, Sun 34 Hours - 85226

Lookout Security is hiring unarmed Security Guards at $19.00 per hour!

We are hiring one unarmed security guard for a full time overnight position. OT may be available at other sites on the weekends.

Hours:

Friday - 6pm to 4am (10 hours)

Saturday - 5pm-5am (12 hours)

Sunday - 4pm-4am (12 hours)

You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.

Responsibilities

• Guard must possess smart phone to utilize guard management software
• Report criminal infractions and evict trespassers
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Keep detailed logs of events and take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Protect client property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Monitor and control access at building entrances
• Respond calmly to emergencies by calling 911, providing assistance, and evacuating buildings
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Assist client with other duties as assigned
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances

Skills

• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• High school diploma or Equivalent
• Integrity and professionalism
• Trained security officer with DPS Guard Card
• Plus: Having construction experience
• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Experience in providing excellent customer service

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• 12 hour shift
• Weekend availability
