Job Description
Job: SEASONAL HOUSEKEEPER
Location: Southampton, NY
Dates: Approx May 15 - Sept 8
Schedule: Shifts: 7-3, 11-7, 3-11 (5-6 days/week)
Accommodation: May be Provided
Salary: $40-45/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION
Experienced, skilled housekeepers to assist existing team in providing care and cleaning of the family’s Hamptons residence. Family will be in residence. Candidates should be energetic, friendly, respectful, and able to deliver consistent five-star service.

REQUIREMENTS
The Seasonal Housekeeper needs to have experience cleaning 5-star environments, must demonstrate critical attention to detail, and have the ability to work as part of a team in an active household. Duties to include cleaning and tidying all rooms, and other tasks as directed by supervisor. This is a “hands on” position and requires a motivated individual with knowledge of the care of fine furniture and linens.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Polished, energetic professional, eager to grow and learn
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Must be legal to work in US and provide excellent references.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team; “hands on” as necessary
  • The ability to respond to changing circumstances, including guest counts and changes to calendar and events.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous Estate/Home and/or 5-star Hospitality experience
  • Flexible scheduling with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Versatile professional with a high standard of integrity
  • Must possess a positive attitude with excellent service skills
