Cook/Housekeeper Jobs

Summary
Great Bridge Child Care is looking for a Full Time Cook/Housekeeper. The hours would be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with an hour lunch break. Cook/Housekeeper will prepare/warm up meals during the morning hours and clean/sanitize the building and classrooms during the afternoon hours.

Duties

• Create grocery list to keep pantry stocked and provide to the Manager
• Clean and sanitize classrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, hallways and. offices to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Prepare/Heat up snacks and lunches daily.
• Report any shortages, damages or items that need to be replaced
• Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
• Change Filters on an as needed basis
• Maintain equipment in good condition

Requirements

• Prior Cook/Housekeeping experience
• Must have Food Handlers Certificate/Food Managers
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• Following strict guidelines
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Time management skills
• Cooking Skills (use of a microwave, stove, oven, etc.)
• Love and patience for children
• Maintain proper work ethic
