Seasonal full-time Work at Home positions now available. These positions provide the opportunity to join our highly successful Signet Customer Connection Center, Virtual Sales Team! The goal of the Virtual Jewelry Expert position is to support our Connected Commerce strategy by advocating for our customers and supporting their shopping journey wherever, whenever, and however they want to shop. The team member will help to create and maintain relationships with customers virtually. They serve as the liaison between digital and brick and mortar thus creating a seamless customer experience.

We are hiring our next group of professionals who seek to deliver a world class experience to our customers. These individuals will:

• Drive sales growth both directly and indirectly through a combination of digital sales, Live Selling, social media presence, store collaboration and connected commerce
• Engage customers in conversation via the telephone, video call, live chat, and SMS to understand their jewelry needs
• Participate in our Creative Commerce/Social Media strategy
• Conduct customer outreach to maintain long lasting guest relationships and build a personal sales clientele
• Solve customer service concerns quickly and efficiently
• Present merchandise online and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
• Provide information regarding extended service agreements and financing options
• Achieve individual and team performance goals set by company and department by creating an exceptional customer experience measured through multiple facets (e.g., Live Person, Stellar Quality Scores based on Standards of Operations, exceptional Customer Service Satisfaction Scores, Customer Outreach)
• Perform sales and customer service duties via assigned platforms
• Performs additional duties/projects as assigned

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have a Social Media presence (not required but recommended)
• Have the ability to build relationships easily and maintain up to date customer profiles
• Are skillful in applying appropriate research tools
• Ability to co-browse using Zoom, Teams, and on-camera technology/platforms
• Have strong math/analytical skills
• Are self-motivated and organized
• Have experience providing excellent customer service
• Clearly communicate in a professional manner while conveying a positive attitude and empathy
• Use excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced working environment while multi-tasking
• Have flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to learn and implement future technology initiatives
• Demonstrate proficiency in customer interaction platforms (TVpage, Live Person) as well as ease of use operating multiple screens, iPad, etc.
• Demonstrate high agility and adaptability to an ever-changing work environment
• Are solution-oriented with demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Successfully use Sales skills with a Customer First approach
• Have strong follow up, negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Position requires the ability to work a combination of afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Must be dependable.

• Have a dedicated workspace free from distractions and limited background noise
• Willing to participate in cross-training sessions in various areas within the department
• Are able to provide their own high-speed internet, router/modem and set up the equipment as needed
• Are willing to be on camera for all training, cross training, Teams and Zoom meetings as needed
