Within the Business Operations organization, the ACQ Squad TPM is responsible for driving deliverables in the ACQ

Squad. This involves daily hands-on team and backlog/ roadmap management of technology activities utilizing

Agile and Scrum based software development practices to help the dev team deliver on time along with managing

and scheduling upcoming work and balancing team priorities. This also includes working cross-functionally with

multiple technical teams & Product group to effectively deliver, test, & deploy cross functional business solutions

that are dependent on multiple technical teams. Specifically for HULK, Unified media acquisition for the new

unified video pipeline that will support our streaming platforms: D+, S+, HULU.

This role requires a wide range of leadership competencies, technical (project management) experience, and

communications skills. The ACQ Squad TPM is responsible for driving delivery using DEE Technology processes,

tools and methodologies; this includes the development of the scope of work and the management of time, work-

breakdown, cost, risk, and communications.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum developing software applications, playing the role of

Scrum Lead effectively

• CSM or PMP certification is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle; experience in Content
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience managing formal application software development projects.

Management Systems (CMS) and Content Management Supply Chain.

• Expertise in Agile and Scaled-Agile Management methods and processes
• Expertise with project management tools used in business/project area
