We are seeking a talented Remote Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team!
As a Remote Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our healthcare client services by efficiently scheduling and supporting both onsite and virtual interpreting assignments. Your main responsibility will be to assign interpreters based on client preferences, interpreters' skills, and availability while optimizing costs and ensuring high-quality services. With your excellent communication skills, you'll maintain smooth operational continuity and foster positive relationships with clients, staff, and contractors.

Responsibilities
Communicate with clients, accurately create job requests, and coordinate interpreter schedules while adhering to interpreter contracts.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.
Schedule interpreters for onsite, telephonic, Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) assignments, and Remote Simultaneous events.
Monitor interpreter availability and maintain an active interpreter pool to ensure continuous service coverage for different languages and hours of operation.
Utilize our advanced technology to communicate with contractors and provide necessary support.
Prepare accurate reports on onsite and virtual services as required.
Maintain up-to-date records of qualified, trained, and cleared interpreters.
Keep our scheduling platform updated with the latest changes on the interpreter and client sides.
Continuously monitor operations using our Interpretation Platform, analyze demand, interpreter pool, and new requests, and provide regular reports to the Interpretation Programs Manager for coverage and pool adjustments.
Document technical issues and escalate them as necessary.
Develop familiarity with our scheduling platforms and interpreter requirements.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive support.
Perform assigned duties, including system audits, QC processes, and billing support.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 19.00 24.00 Per Hour
