Job Description

Democratic Senator seeks an energetic, highly organized and detail-oriented individual as his Scheduler. Responsibilities include managing the Senator’s daily and long-term schedules, organizing all incoming meeting and event requests, and assisting the Senator with his calendar. The Scheduler will report to the Director of Operations and will work with the DC and State staff to coordinate meetings/events and the execution of the schedule. The individual should have sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills and be able to perform the duties of the job in a trustworthy and discrete manner. Individuals applying for this position should be prepared to have flexible work hours and be able to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Prior scheduling experience on Capitol Hill is a plus.
