RP is seeking an SBA Project Coordinator to be the engine behind the SBA delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with the larger Program team and will have customer impact. The Project Coordinator will enable the team to run successfully by adhering to schedules, owning all administrative elements, and ensuring deliverables are met. The Project Coordinator will work closely with managers from the customer’s side to ensure program staff are meeting & exceeding expectations and relays any pertinent information to the Program Manager. As the Project Coordinator, you will assist the team with by liaising between program staff & the Finance team to ensure timekeeping is accurately recorded and reconciled, and that data is accurately extracted from various files and compiled into relevant templates.
Responsibilities:
  • Others duties as assigned
  • Establish a positive relationship with multiple stakeholders, some of which include: Internal teams, customer representatives, and Partners
  • Ownership of Delivery team administrative items, including but not limited to: essential staff documentation, daily check-ins with team leadership, setting up new hires for training
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and various databases in order to organize reporting items into concise, comprehensive reports
  • Utilize a high attention to detail in order to review candidate packages to ensure documentation is compliant and in scope with customer & company requirements
  • Collect and organize data to be maintained across multiple projects, largely between the Delivery team and the Finance team, in order to ensure accuracy with timekeeping, invoicing and reporting
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and managing schedule efficiently.
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Experience providing administrative support.
  • Experience communicating effectively with all levels of people within and outside an organization.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills; both spoken and written.
  • 3+ years of experience
  • The ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship.
  • Must possess a can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Additional working or military experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Government, customer/client facing, or consulting experience preferred.
