Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at A.C & Floor Decor Inc. located in Oceanside, CA. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Salesperson will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving customer complaints, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Experience working in the flooring or home decor industry is a plus
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
