Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at our location in Santa Ana, CA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, providing excellent customer service, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and working with customers to identify their needs and offer solutions. Additionally, the Sales Associate will be responsible for following up with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Automotive knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Sales and/or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
