We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our flooring company. The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by meeting with clients, selecting materials, measuring projects, estimating project costs, and conducting jobsite visits as needed. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have flooring experience, or sales experience.

Responsibilities:

•Meet with clients to understand their flooring needs and provide suitable recommendations

•Assist clients in selecting flooring materials and offer expert advice on design and installation options

•Measure projects accurately to determine material quantities and provide accurate cost estimates

•Prepare and present detailed project proposals and quotes to clients

•Follow up on leads and generate new business through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals

•Maintain a strong book of business and nurture existing client relationships for repeat business opportunities

•Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

•Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings

•Attend industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to build professional connections and generate leads

Requirements:

•Previous experience in flooring sales is highly preferred

•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues

•Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously

•Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate measurements and project estimates

•Reliable transportation for jobsite visits and client meetings

•Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business
