Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Salesperson to join our wholesale cabinet and flooring business in Arizona. As a Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Your main objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- - Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate leads.
- - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve any issues.
- - Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- - Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by targeting contractors, builders, house flippers, homeowners, and interior design professionals.
- - Provide expert advice and product recommendations to clients based on their specific requirements and budget.
- - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our cabinet and flooring product offerings.
- - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
- - Assist with warehouse fulfillment for procured orders.
- - Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- - Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and contribute to sales planning and strategy discussions.
Qualifications:
- - Strong knowledge and experience in selling cabinets and flooring products is highly desirable.
- - Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
- - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites and industry events, as required.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- - Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively sell value-added products.
- - Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the wholesale industry or a related field.
