Job Description

Our growing Scale Computing Team is looking to hire a Salesforce Business Analyst. The key to success in this role is working with stakeholders to define requirements and needs and understand how they play into company goals to enable optimal user interaction and efficiency. Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training, and ongoing usability improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional, and technical systems documentation.
  • Facilitate project prioritization meetings with business leaders and gain consensus on the project roadmap.
  • Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Coordinate and conduct testing as well as quality assurance of Salesforce changes.
  • Analyze business processes, needs, and strategies to document and validate required Salesforce functionality and user needs.
  • Direct involvement and oversight of developing business requirements, process analysis, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, and testing.
  • Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.


Requirements:

  • Ability to clearly & concisely communicate with users in different roles and with varying skill sets
  • Strong business acumen, technical aptitude, analytical skills, & attention to detail, and a data-driven approach
  • Takes initiative and delivers results with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects and ticketing systems with a team and external contractors
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com applications including but not limited to: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, CPQ. integrated applications, and Salesforce communities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce experience, Business Analyst and/or Admin cert required, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
