Your Role on Our Team:
The Sales Ops Product Specialist researches and provides product specifications to our distributors. This role will support new products as well as the maintenance of current sites and enhanced content within our largest distribution partners.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
  • Communicate with distributor contacts regarding deliverables
  • Gather detailed product specifications into Excel spreadsheets or enter through external portal sites.
  • Work closely with sales account owners, product marketing and sales operations teams.
  • Proactively provide new product specifications at time of product launch.
  • Maintain accurate product information for our largest distribution partners
  • Assist Sales teams in gathering product specifications for ad hoc projects
  • Occasionally support sales projects and events, and learn about the distribution side of our business
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
  • Strong attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring accurate and complete product data.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Equivalent working experience and applicable certifications may be considered as well.
  • 2+ years product sales experience or customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical skills.
  • Excel & PowerPoint skills.
Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
  • ECommerce experience
  • Product knowledge of Milwaukee Tools
Working Conditions:
  • Moderate noise such as talking, computers, phones, and printers
  • Repetitive use of hands and fingers to operate office equipment
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens
  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • May require travel dependent on company needs
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stretch, reach, and effectively communicate with others in the workplace
