LVMGP Sales & Marketing Manager
As the Sales & Marketing Manager of the entertainment center, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness through effective sales and marketing strategies. Your role will involve creating and implementing marketing campaigns, fostering partnerships, cross selling, and developing innovative ways to attract and retain customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives for the entertainment center.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and traditional advertising.
Brand Awareness: Enhance the entertainment center's brand image and visibility through consistent messaging and promotional efforts.
Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data and demographics to identify target markets and create tailored marketing approaches for different customer segments.
Partnerships and Sponsorships: Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand the center's reach and attract new customers.
Event Promotion: Promote and market special events, parties, and promotions
Online Presence: Manage the center's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online listings, to engage with customers and drive online traffic.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic decision- making.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, using the insights to refine marketing strategies.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that deliver the desired results.
Advertising and Collateral: Design, develop and distribute advertising materials, brochures, posters, and other collateral materials for promotional purposes.
Public Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with local media outlets and coordinate press releases and media coverage to generate publicity.
Analytics and Reporting: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered).
2+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or events industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, SEO, and other online marketing techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Budget management skills to allocate resources effectively and optimize marketing ROI.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.
Essential Job Functions and Work Environment:
• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
• In addition to the essential job responsibilities stated above, the ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests and Team members, are essential functions of the job.
• The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise, as well as exposure to weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and extreme cold conditions
