Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven AWD (All-Wheel Drive) Sales Manager to join our team at FlexHireGroup. As the AWD Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying new customers and opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving the growth of our AWD conversions in the class 6 through 8 segment. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer interaction, order fulfillment, and program management.


Highlights of the Opportunity

  • Collaborate with the Original Equipment (OE) inside sales team to provide support as needed.
  • Undertake additional sales activities as identified and required.
  • Provide accurate and timely AWD conversion cost estimates to customers.
  • Track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive AWD growth strategy to drive sales and market share.
  • Identify and prospect for new customers and opportunities, expanding our customer base for AWD conversions.
  • Establish a positive perception and strong rapport with customers and end users through effective communication and exceptional service.
  • Maintain and update the AWD sales quoting tool on a monthly basis.


Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 35% to 45% of the time.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Ability to travel and meet with dealers, end users, body builders, municipalities, and other stakeholders.
  • While an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, we recognize that qualifications can come in various forms, and we are open to considering candidates who possess the necessary skills and experience.
  • Demonstrated AWD mechanical experience in trucks or cars is highly valued, and we are committed to providing training and development opportunities for the ideal candidate.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Previous experience in the electric utility industry is a plus, and we are dedicated to supporting the growth and development of the right individual.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
