As an Operations Coordinator, you would provide support and play an integral role in the success of the operations of the organization.

· Are proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously

· Work independently and take initiative without immediate supervision

Daily Accountabilities Would Include

· Deliver operational excellence to customers, carriers, and suppliers.

· Daily entry of orders into the MVP Transportation Management System

· Build and grow relationships with existing and new carrier partners and customers.

· Prepare bill of ladings, required documents, and invoices.

· Track all orders to ensure on-time delivery.

· Optimize price and service meeting margin thresholds and customer expectations.

· Assist in tracking KPI and Variance deliverables using TMS

· Identify issues and work cross functionally to determine and implement best solution

· Provide alternative solutions for customers.

· Ensure account margin expectations are met.

· Suggest improvements to increase margins.

· Strategically align and assign carriers to customers to improve profitability.

· Audit each shipment to ensure carrier and customer rating is correct prior to invoicing.

· Ensure each shipment is invoiced with 48 hours upon delivery

· Create detailed account Standard Operating Procedures and update when required based on customer requirement.
