SALARY: $74,400-$88,350, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Sales and Execution Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering and driving high-level sales initiatives from Senior management down to our front-line Sales organization using tangible and achievable targets. By utilizing your own strategic initiatives, you will impact and influence the trajectory of the Pacific Northwest's Sales Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Self-Starter with “Ownership” mindset with the ability to simplify complex financials to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Work with senior management to open and help close performance gaps, track financial performance, and track operational performance
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse groups, handle multiple projects in multiple locations simultaneously and deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Support the strategic planning process (1-3-year plans)
  • Responsible for assisting with and improving financial management across organization
  • Lead monthly sales compensation target setting by translating high level initiatives into tangible targets across all channels
  • Ensure all Sales Incentive related goals are tracked to successful completion, including audits & proper payroll processing
  • Demonstrated strengths - planning, communicating, training, analyzing information, complex problem solving, ability to influence and work at all levels of an organization.
  • Motivate sales organization by creating and maintaining adaptable targets using incentive compensation programs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills/presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional analytical skill and attention to detail
  • High-level of technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with Senior-level management
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerBI tools
  • Self-motivated and directed with the ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure
