As part of the Global Technology Transformation Office, you will support our organization’s technology transformation initiatives. The Technology Transformation Project Execution will be responsible for leading data analytics and execution reporting capabilities in support of the organization’s strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical skillset with an ability to synthesize complex problems using data. Additional background in technology strategy development, program management, governance, reporting and metrics, technology tooling, and framework and governance is a plus.
As an experienced professional in Project Execution, you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture – namely, how can technology help achieve business goals – as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, manage resources and budgets, and build and incentivize high-performing teams. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable. Once you and your team establish a roadmap, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that the project is running on time, within budget, and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture.
Job responsibilities
- Ensure that technology transformation initiatives align with enterprise architecture and standards
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights to leadership team and stakeholders on program performance
- Develop and implement technology tooling strategies that enable the organization to achieve its transformation objectives
- Provide regular updates to the executive team on the status of technology transformation initiatives
- Develop and implement metrics to track the progress and success of technology transformation programs
- Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology transformation initiatives
- Conduct regular reviews of metrics to ensure programs are meeting their objectives and take corrective action as required
- Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
- Establish governance policies and procedures for technology transformation initiatives
- Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
- Develop and implement technology transformation frameworks and governance structures
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in technology transformation, technology strategy, program management or related field
- Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
- Structuring analytics to identify potential opportunities including the identification of the key measures
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong experience in developing and implementing metrics and reporting frameworks
- Understanding source system data and how to leverage it for problem solving and managerial reporting
- Passion for technology transformation, are a strategic thinker, and have a proven track record of successful program delivery
- Recommending and creating reporting solutions that are flexible and applicable across products
- Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
- Working with stakeholders on requirements for key business metrics, visualization, delivery and enabling actionable insights
