Position Summary:

We're looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to join our Sales Development team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for targeting economic buyers and decision makers and developing strategies to acquire interest from these potential buyers. You will execute outreach and engagement programs to produce qualified pipeline opportunities.

In addition to previous work experience, you will need knowledge of developing and executing on outreach plans that result in engagement with decision makers.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and nurture relationships across assigned accounts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual quota
  • Qualify and prioritize opportunities to ensure appropriate recommendations for follow up.
  • Maintain strong overall outreach activity levels to facilitate success (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and vidyards).
  • Follow procedures to ensure assigned leads are engaged and moved through the qualification process.
  • Schedule and coordinate deep dive discovery calls between the Account Executive team and decision-makers at prospect accounts.
  • Continuously grow in knowledge of CA/CH products and services.
  • Find decision makers within prospect accounts using research tools (including but not limited to ZoomInfo and LinkedIn).
  • Effectively communicate account status and progress to management.
  • Demonstrate the value propositions of our products and services on phone calls, video meetings and in emails.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success as an SDR or similar role (preferably in a SaaS environment)
  • Knowledge of sales tools (some or all of: Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn and Zoominfo)
  • Experience selling (preferably complex solutions)
  • Self-motivated and resilient
  • Minimum one year or more of experience as an SDR or similar role (preferably in a SaaS environment)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective collaborator
  • Bachelor's degree
