The Sales Associate is a self-motivated individual who enjoys flooring and design and has the ability to build client relationships to keep our clients coming back. As our customers are our neighbors, customer satisfaction is extremely important. The Sales Associate will provide the very best personal service from the minute the customer walks in the door until the job is completed.
Duties

Responsibilities of the Sales Associate
Meet and greet customers
Consult with the customer with their needs
Walk the customer through our products and services
Design the project and drawings needed
Job-site visit with the customer for measurements
Manage the project from start to finish
Expectations of the Sales Associate
Complete product knowledge training
Stay up-to-date on products and services
Attain personal sales goals
Ensure customer satisfaction in difficult situations
Follow-up on orders
Set-up installation process
Follow-up on customer satisfaction and collect balance
Prospecting and networking
Requirements
Qualifications of the Sales Associate
Retail experience a plus
Flooring experience a plus
Design experience a plus
Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data
Computer skills
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Background check a must
