NutraStar is seeking Sales Administrator Candidates who are looking for great career growth potential and a great benefits package will be interested in joining this growing company. We are looking for a skilled Sales Administrators to coordinate and communicate with our sales team and customers regarding the status of their orders and pending shipments.

• Technically savvy
• Notify sales of inventory remaining for specific lots
• CSR uploads revised confirmations for purchase orders when customer changes the order or sales advises to make a change
• Receive new orders from sales
• Managing backorders with salespeople – cancel or remain open
• Distribute production/completion reports
• Monitor location of inventory Reserved, Holding, Main
• A persistent, creative, and friendly personality
• Once confirmation is signed, upload order into DEACOM (ERP system)
• Label cases for Amazon/UPS/Fedex
• Keep track of all returns and communicate with sales the items that have been returned
• Check with finance on each sales order is ok to ship from a payment perspective
• Upload all necessary shipping documents to each sales order
• Set up international shipments
• Quick learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Investigate inventory issues
• Validate inventory for each shipment prior to setting up routing.
• Create BOL’s thru DEACOM
• Create preliminary packing lists
• Track shipments
• Create BOL’s using specific carrier website (example Fedex Freight)
• Route, schedule, confirm shipments with carrier via phone/email/website.
• Communicate with packaging regarding differences between DEACOM inventory and completion report
• Process sample shipments as per requested by sales
• Email and phone communications with customers and salespeople
• Send confirmation of new order to sales
• Monitor credit hold or on hold orders and follow up on their status with finance
• Printing Amazon/UPS/Fedex labels for shipments
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Create packing lists
• Ship thru PPL’s once the shipment physically leaves the plant
