Job Description
Key Responsibilities


  • Use Microsoft Office Suite for creating and editing training documents, presentations, and support materials.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and technologies for continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback collection, data analysis, and implementing improvements.
  • Perform other assigned related duties.
  • Design and create engaging, interactive, and effective training materials using various instructional techniques (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Support Operations in developing and implementing a standardized and sustainable training program for the hourly workforce.
  • Deliver training programs to Team Members, both in-person and virtually, ensuring relevance, engagement, and comprehension.
  • Develop interactive training modules for job-specific tasks related to manufacturing equipment.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems to maintain training records and requirements, providing support to all facilities.


Requirements


  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools, preferably Articulate.
  • Training Specialist roles: designing and delivering various training programs (e-learning, instructor-led, blended learning).
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, content development, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, especially in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Proven experience in:
  • Instructional Designer roles: applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies for effective training materials.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Content Creator roles: developing engaging, relevant, and visually appealing training content and support resources.
  • Knowledge of evaluation techniques to assess training program effectiveness.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for training delivery and support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
