Position Objective
Farm Systems is looking for a Route Sales Representative in Western Minnesota (Melrose, St. Cloud, Alexandria areas). This candidate will perform sales and timely delivery of chemicals, liners and all other aftermarket products carried by Farm Systems. As well as educate customers on all milking equipment and service available through Farm Systems.
Major Areas of Responsibility

• Keep product inventories in clean and saleable conditions.
• Record and communicate account interactions and activities that provide for timely follow up and customer satisfaction.
• Assist, when necessary, on employee training for Farm Systems product lines.
• Handle product ordering, shipments, and return of products according to shipping and receiving procedures.
• Establish sales plans and yearly activities to achieve/exceed budgeted sales goals of Farm Systems Products.
• Assist Manager with implementation of annual maintenance programs and promotions.
• Provide training on new products to customers

Qualifications

• Willingness to grow and develop both personally and professionally
• Is mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and a team player
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment as well as possess effective communication skills
• Ability to forecast, plan and give clear direction
• Degree in the Agricultural, Business or General studies is preferred
• CDL and Hazmat is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
