Rota Position - Palm Springs/Billings, Mt Family Seeking 2 Rota Nannies For 2-Year-Old Daughter

Overview:
PALM SPRINGS, CA / BILLINGS, MT (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - Amazing laid-back family seeking 2 FULL-TIME ROTA NANNIES/HOUSEHOLD MANAGERS for their 2-year-old daughter. The rotational schedule would be 14 days on, and 14 days off. Mom is currently in CA receiving treatment for cancer and is immunocompromised. This family prefers candidates who are fully vaccinated and health-conscious, especially during her treatment and recovery time. The family will spend 6 months in Montana, then 6 months in California.
The perfect candidate is active, willing to get on the floor and engage in play with the daughter, kind, flexible with schedules, and has an understanding of early childhood education and development. The daughter does not eat eggs or peanuts, the nannies need to be aware. Additional bonus characteristics for a nanny would include(not required); candidates who are interested in cooking or creating organic and clean meals for the daughter or the family, a passion for fitness( more specifically someone who is an instructor or certified in a fitness-related field), and the ability to speak Spanish.
Mom is an executive in a lifestyle company and is needing coverage for her to be able to balance work and family. The family travels to remote places often and would need a nanny who is willing to travel with the family and have a passport. The mom's number one concern is that her daughter is smiling and happy above all else.
Household management duties would possibly include helping the family grocery shop and helping the family homes stay organized. The candidates would need to be comfortable with extended family (grandparents) around often, and both parents around the home.
Prefers fully vaccinated candidates. The family will not cover the cost of transportation to and from work. Passport required. Benefits include health insurance + relocation assistance. Start date is August 1st, or sooner. Pay is $85K annually.
Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
A passion for working with children
Two+ years childcare experience
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)
Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus
Competent swimmer
Non-smoker
Willing to go through extensive Background Check
Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident
Willingness to show proof of immunizations
No-cell phone driving signed guarantee
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
