What will your role be?
As a Roles Portfolio Engineer, you will track and manage the attainment of key milestones for BIOVIA’s On Platform Cloud software. BIOVIA is converging its technologies on the 3DEXPERIENCE cloud platform, which offers powerful, integrated workflows to BIOVIA’s customer base that enhance critical business processes.
The challenges ahead:

• Manage R&D Encyclopedia Referential content updates across R&D team
• Manage changes to Industry Processes such as naming, deprecation, and roles association
• Maintain 3 Year Project Plans for the brand including driving content changes, tracking KPI’s
• DEFINE Team Portfolio & PM Community Special Projects Management
• Manage Industry Process enhancement plans with Industry Marketing Teams, Portfolio Leadership, Product Managers and Development Teams including keeping master plan, assessing delivery and maintaining status with DS ops team
• Special projects assignments such as Summer Executive Committee Video project management
• Support BIOVIA R&D VP and Chief of Staff in preparation R&D components for Executive Committee and Board Meetings

Your Key Success factors:

• Sense of urgency/responsiveness required for C-level projects
• Bachelor of Science or technical degree (MBA a plus)
• Ability to break down organizational goals into actionable projects
• 7-10 years of experience in software product or project management
• Excellent Executive Level Communication Skills (including brevity, communication of value, ability to present ideas visually)
• Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $168,000 and $222,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
• Familiarity with Life and Materials Sciences
• Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
