Provide high-quality patient care within your assigned scope of practice and specialty area.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Assess, monitor, and record patients' vital signs, medical histories, and symptoms.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy.

Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility and quick decision-making skills.

Skills & Qualifications

Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you intend to practice.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) inpatient experience

BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)

Strong clinical knowledge and skills, including the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Empathy and compassion to provide holistic care and support to patients and their families.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and critical thinking.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with advancements in nursing practice.
