• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide high-quality patient care within your assigned scope of practice and specialty area.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility and quick decision-making skills.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Assess, monitor, and record patients' vital signs, medical histories, and symptoms.

Skills & Qualifications

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with advancements in nursing practice.
• BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and critical thinking.
• Empathy and compassion to provide holistic care and support to patients and their families.
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills, including the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs.
• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you intend to practice.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) inpatient experience
