Rn - Registered Nurse (Admissions Nurse)

Position: RN - Admissions Nurse
Shift: 10am-6:30pm
Status: Full-Time

As The Admissions Nurse, You Will Be Responsible For

• Coordinating new patient admissions and readmissions
• Other duties necessary to provide support and contribute to strong teamwork
• Completing assessments of patients with acute illnesses
• On-call responsibilities
• Assisting with order completion.
• Assisting with MDS assessments and other routine documentation
• Coordinating physician and family notification
• Coordinating transfers and discharges

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Working every other weekend and every other holiday is required
