RN - Outpatient Recovery

Full-time / 10 hour Day shift / 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday / Call required

Overlake Hospital in Bellevue, WA is adding recovery nurses to their Outpatient Recovery Team (OPR). Outpatient Recovery provides the preoperative, phase I and phase II care for our outpatient surgery department. OPR is part of an on campus hospital based outpatient department. We have 4 OR suites and perform; Gynecological, Urologic, Urogynecologic, General Surgery, ENT, Podiatry and Ophthalmic procedures. We provide care to a combination of inpatient and outpatient procedures, performed on mainly adult patients. No weekend or holiday shifts or call required. Qualifications

• ACLS and PALS certification required prior to start.
• Current WA state RN license required.
• One year of PACU experience in a hospital or multiservice outpatient surgical department is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required, BSN preferred.
• Healthcare provider CPR Certification required.
