Location: LOMBARD **NEW LOCATION. May also float to Woodridge & Naperville as needed.
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, Approximate 8am - 5pm. Will work 3 days/week. Benefits eligible
This office has 10 providers and growing. Under the direction of the Supervisor, RN TRIAGE OFFICE NURSE provides high quality nursing care for patients as identified by the standards of Nursing Practice and the Illinois State Nurse Practice Act. Duties include: phone triage, rooming patients, set up and assist the doctors with procedures, surgery scheduling, insurance pre-authorization and referrals, clean and stock exam rooms.
Qualifications

• Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Current Illinois RN license and Current CPR for Healthcare Providers required
• Flexible to scheduling changes including overtime, evening and Saturday rotation
• Experience in Wound Care preferred
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• BSN & Office RN experience, preferred. Triage experience is highly preferred.
• Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress
