The RN Director Ambulatory Clinic Services will help lead an experienced team through all departmental day to day operations. This Nurse Manager will assist with department staffing, educational needs, orientation, budgeting, resource management, and ensuring highest quality of patient care delivery. This Administrative Nurse Director will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring all hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld across multiple outpatient ambulatory clinics.
Requirements Include

• Previous RN leadership experience (manager level or above)
• Active NYS RN license
• 3+ years of clinical experience in an ambulatory setting
