Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence to the plan of care
• Practices in a primary nursing model and maintains accountability for a set of assigned patients
• Delegates and supervises clinical care delivered by the licensed practical nurse and the nursing assistant
• Assure completion of admission or discharges during shift

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license, RN's fresh out of school are encouraged to apply
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Must be professional, proactive, and collaborative
• Russian fluency is a plus
