We are Growing! Join the T. Webber team as a Service Plumbing Technician in the Hudson Valley! T. Webber in Cold Spring, NY is actively seeking full-time Residential Service Plumbing Technician to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems. Whether customers need us to install full piping and new fixtures or simply need a drain unclogged, we have them covered. You will be responsible for diagnoses, service, and repair of all aspects of residential plumbing including but not limited to gas line installation and testing, hot water tank and tank-less installation and service, shower valve installation and repair, as well as kitchen faucets and garbage disposals.

If you have experience in residential plumbing, and your friendly personality makes customers happy, then we want to talk to you.

Pay Range: $20-$40 based on experience plus incentive bonus' (ability to make over 100k)

Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor apprentices as needed
• Participate actively in trainings and meetings
• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our customer base and to win referrals
• Commit to high standards of ethics, honesty and integrity
• Build and establish customer rapport to ensure we are providing great service
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Be professional and knowledgeable: keep current on manufacturers products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
• Troubleshoot, diagnose identify and repair residential plumbing ranging from faucet repairs, water heater installations, to repipes with appropriate tools and materials for repair
• Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
• Documents work by completing paperwork on each job
• Provides technical support to customers
• Educate and assist customers on their home, finance options and maintenance plans

Requirements:

• Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
• Self-motivated, responsible, punctual and professional
• Must have a valid driver’s license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess basic hand tools
• Excellent attention to detail
