Arc of Onondaga is actively hiring for multiple management level positions in our Residential Division!

Residence Manager - plans, supervises, and coordinates support services required to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Supervises a team of Direct Support Professionals, plans staff coverage, and collaborates with the Community Residence team to ensure that the health and safety needs of residents are fulfilled.

Senior Residence Manager - assists the Residential Program Manager with overseeing the functions of assigned residential team. Is responsible for ensuring proper utilization of staff and scheduling, and directly supervises assigned relief staff. Also provides training, guidance and support to newly hired DSPs and Residence Managers.

Residential Program Manager- conducts the hiring, training and supervision of an assigned team of Residence Managers while providing support, training and fostering team building. Is also responsible for ensuring safety compliance for residents and staff.

Job Requirements Range

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, including 1-3 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities

• Alternatively, related Associate's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Alternatively, 7 years of pertinent experience and high school or equivalency diploma.
