$1500 Part - Time Resident Assistant and $3000 Full - Time Resident Assistant

RESIDENT ASSISTANT BASE WAGE: Up to $17.50 per hour

$14.75 - $15.00 per hour, plus PM $0.50 and NOC $1.00 shift differentials, plus $1.50 Weekend Shift Differentials

Resident Assistant Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve meals/feed residents during mealtimes as required
• Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON (Director of Nursing)
• Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies
• Fill in for open shifts as necessary
• Facilitate activities on the weekends and in the evenings as required
• Resident Assistant will perform and document medication reminders or management per resident ISP (Plan of Care) and current training and delegations (Oral, Nasal, Topical, Transdermal, Ophthalmic, Vaginal, Rectal, Subcutaneous, etc.)
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary
• Answer and respond to all resident calls/alarms
• Resident Assistant will perform and document vital sign monitoring per ISP (Plan of Care)
• Resident Assistant should respond promptly to all emergency response calls and take appropriate action
