This position will utilize industry knowledge and professional experience to support the research portfolio of the Louis Stokes Midwest Regional Center of Excellence (LSMRCE) for Broadening Participation in STEM and under the direction of the Co-PI and research lead, the researcher will be responsible for the following duties:
Duty Pct Duty Description:
100%- Lead qualitative research study (finalizing interview protocol, conducting interviews/focus groups, analyzing data, etc.) on social science research collaborations in support of broadening participation; responsible for advancing the development of an annotated bibliography library on broadening participation research; prepare research results for publication including the preparation of graphs and reports.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in STEM education or related field of study with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and demonstrates skills in retrieving, reviewing, and analyzing data.
Desired Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in STEM education or related field of study.
