Research & Survey Associate Jobs

As a top performing Market Research Associate at Azurite you will be responsible for executing survey scripting and coding, enhancing tools and workflows and delivering client-ready business insights that will make an impact with our clients at the C-suite level.

About the Role

The core initial responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• NOTE: This job description is not all-inclusive. As an entrepreneurial company, employees may need to perform other duties as needed and as the business evolves.
• Design research that meets client needs, while learning best-in-class research methodologies
• Proactively collaborate with internal team members to create new and optimize existing unique approaches to primary research and workflow processes
• Code, manage and deliver web-based surveys in Decipher, a FocusVision solution (similar to Qualtrics)
• Work on internal projects to drive continuous improvement in operations and survey delivery
• Actively investigate live surveys to optimize respondent flow through while ensuring highest respondent quality and accuracy

This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be in the Jersey City office 2-3 days per week to collaborate and work side-by-side with the team.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Strong ability with basic computer programs (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research or a similar technical field.
• Proficient at analyzing and communicating data effectively and in a timely, structured manner
• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience, preferably with a focus in areas such as research, strategy or programming
• Preferred, not essential: Experience in drafting and designing market surveys
• Basic level of programming such as Python or JavaScript or other common languages
• Preferred, not essential: Experience in survey coding
