Research Assistant - Remote | Wfh

We are currently seeking a full-time Research Assistant to join our rapidly expanding team and site network located in Columbus, OH. This position may require some overnight shifts, but stipends will be rewarded.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a Research Assistant with company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the clinical team to support patient care and ensure the success of clinical trials.
Taking vital signs, performing phlebotomy, and conducting ECGs on patients as described in clinical trial protocols
Coordinating appointments, reminding patients of their visits, and checking them in and out of their visits
Assisting with the collection, labeling, storage, and shipment of specimens
Maintaining clinical instruments and supplies in exam rooms and lab areas
Displaying professional, efficient service to patients and the clinical team
Following through with timely telephone and email communication
Assisting with patient waiting areas, exam rooms, laboratories, medication areas, and storage areas
Assisting with paper and electronic filing and archiving
Gathering, entering, and/or updating data to maintain company records and databases as directed
Assisting CRCs in creating 'source documents' which are checklists for each task that needs to happen during each clinical trial patient visit
Assisting with remote and in-person monitoring visits
To be successful in this role, you should have appropriate education and/or experience, and be a certified medical assistant or have other medical training. Additionally, you should display a basic understanding of GCP/ICH Guidelines and abide by HIPAA regulations under federal privacy regulations.
