Job Description

Job Summary:
In this role, you will help to drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. You will support the reporting and Infrastructure needs of specific projects and each team. To be successful, you also need excellent analytical and research skills and relevant industry experience managing information and data.


Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Revise and optimize SQL queries to improve query time and minimize database resources
  • Check FCC databases to compile and verify information
  • Gather, interpret, and clarify requirements from other teams for workflows and reports
  • Perform data validation and cleanup on a variety of sources
  • Design, create, and troubleshoot workflows using internal workflow management tools. This requires the ability to understand and collaborate on complex processes which must adapt to meet changing business needs. This will include coordinating with both other team members and internal company users.
  • Create and update ongoing and one-time reports and visualizations
  • Serve as a technical contact for third-party software vendors used by the project
  • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Google Sheets and related Google Apps Scripts
  • Create SQL queries, design tables, and update databases
  • Develop code to accomplish tasks such as data validation, workflow automation, and data gathering and cleanup


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2 years Setting up and maintaining code repository tools such as Git
  • 3 years HTML and CSS knowledge (intermediate to advanced skill level)
  • 1-3 years of Software development, (must be JavaScript and Python)
  • 3+ years of SQL query development
  • 1 year Quality Assurance experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Apps Script development
  • Ability to decipher needs, design solutions & communicate details to and from team members to resolve issues.
  • Software testing
  • Diagnosing and responding to issues in a trouble ticketing system
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose internal and external issues and determine root causes
  • Developing and maintaining workflow management and automation tools such as Integrify
