Position Overview:

This position is available to work from home in the following states: California, South Carolina, and Texas.
Creates, maintains and provides a variety of complex and ad-hoc/custom reports to support initiatives and service delivery/general operations. Generates reports/analytics, and ensures report meets customers' needs. Assists with maintaining data integrity by reviewing and analyzing audit/exception reports and follows-up on discrepancies.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent education/experience
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years of recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
General knowledge of HR functions and transactional processes, and how each functional team uses the system/application.
Solid understanding about where HR related data is maintained in various systems and how to access data.
Knowledge and application of HR reporting tools.
Ability to pull data from multiple sources for reporting, and to synthesize and collate data/information to produce report according to specifications.
Ability to compute and apply basic mathematical and statistical calculations.
Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to recognize, research and resolve questionable data or information anomalies.
Organization skills and attention to details.
Displays a customer service focus in all decisions and actions.
Ability to prioritize workload to complete assignments accurately and timely
Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, especially when helping non-technical customers to understand analytics/data.
Ability to interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties.
Demonstrates respect for cultural and linguistic differences and promotes an inclusive work environment.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing business priorities.
Ability to maintain and work discreetly with confidential information.
Ability to use essential applications and/or databases associated with the role’s duties and responsibilities.
Pay Range: $33.32 - $62.46/ hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
