Responsibilities:

Marketing Analysis:

• Analyze marketing campaigns and initiatives to evaluate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audience behaviors, and competitor strategies.
• Digital Marketing Support:
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing marketing analytics, key findings, and recommendations.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website content, user experience, and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
• Help create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, such as blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Monitor and track digital marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.

Administrative Support:

• Handle correspondence, manage documents, and maintain confidential files and records.
• Provide executive-level assistance to the management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in marketing analysis, digital marketing, or a related role is highly desirable.

Analytical Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms is a plus.

Marketing Knowledge:

• Familiarity with marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and social media platforms.
• Understanding of SEO concepts, email marketing best practices, and content management systems (CMS).

Communication and Collaboration:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-Oriented:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional proofreading and editing skills.

Organizational Skills:

· Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Tech Proficiency:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms, social media management tools, and CMS platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
