Renegade Lemonade is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, energetic, self-starter to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Manager.This is a tremendous opportunity to get in on ground floor of business that is growing exponentially.
About Renegade Lemonade
Renegade Lemonade is a lemon wine made 100% from lemons which is rapidly expanding through Georgia and the rest of the South. Renegade Lemonade is light and refreshing with an exquisite balance of sweet and tart.It tastes like summer in a bottle.Owned by Brady and Alex Reiter, Renegade Lemonade was created in their basement over Covid.Brady has background out of college managing a gourmet restaurant and trained as a Chef.He used that experience to create Renegade Lemonade.Renegade Lemonade first launched at a vineyard in Dallas, GA and created three months’ worth of inventory was created based on their best weekend ever.It sold out in three weeks.Next, they moved to a larger vineyard with the ability to self-distribute.Now Renegade Lemonade is the top seller at the vineyard, and Renegade Lemonade is sold in several hundred locations across Georgia and Alabama.We recently moved to Savannah Distributors in Georgia, who will get Renegade Lemonade into several hundred more locations by summer.Renegade Lemonade will soon be in CA, TN, SC and NC followed by Florida Q4 2023.In 2024, the plan to be in at least 20 states.
Responsibilities
Georgia Responsibilities
- Handle sales in Georgia by partnering with Savannah Distribution and visiting prospects on your own
- Ride along with the Savannah team and form relationships with the team
- Go out on your own at least three (3) times per week to visit prospects from a list you compile
- Perform tastings at customer locations at least two (2) times per month
- Schedule, manage and participate in events throughout Georgia
Other Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales
- Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
- Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) in online media
- Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas
- Coordinating marketing campaigns
- Communicating and negotiating with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting campaigns
- Analyzing customer feedback and campaign performance
- Event planning and coordination across all states
- Tasting planning and coordination across all states
Requirements
- Marketing or similar degree (or equivalent work experience)
- At least two (2) years work experience
- Experience with sales
- Hospitality experience in a customer facing role (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Personable and able to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Good research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Adaptability
- Reliable transportation
- Based in Atlanta metro area
