Who we’re looking for


We are seeking an experienced and autonomous Corporate Marketer who can do for LeadCoverage what we do for our clients; Share Good News, Track Interest, and Follow Up with the ultimate goal of driving new business for our agency. To do this you will have the unique opportunity to partner directly with our CEO, Kara Brown, to manage the building and launch of new websites, book speaking engagements, coordinate our presence at industry trade shows, and use HubSpot to drive demand for our premier marketing services.


In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:


  • Ensure our visibility and create demand among prospective clients in the Supply Chain industry via regular email campaigns, monthly newsletters, social media strategy and measurement, maintaining a presence at relevant trade shows, booking speaking engagements for our CEO, etc.
  • Manage the creation of Wordpress websites to promote LeadCoverage, our CEO, and our thought leadership. (You don’t have to be a graphic designer. Just know how to work with them.)
  • Keep our prospective clients engaged and establish LeadCoverage as the expert in Supply Chain lead generation.
  • Partner very closely with our CEO, keeping her accountable to demand gen activities which will drive new business



Some experience that might help with the job:


  • Project management of website development; You likely have people you prefer to work with to get a site up and running while having an eye for design and an ear for copy.
  • Experience in B2B corporate marketing, using email marketing, SEO, social engagement and trade shows to drive demand to a corporation
  • Previous experience in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience booking speaking engagements for a thought leader
  • Experience as an extremely autonomous marketer. This is a great position for someone who is used to being the first marketing hire and who has taken a small, scrappy start-up from 0 to 1.
  • Extreme ownership with the ability to delegate tasks to others; We need you to plan and coordinate trade shows, but not necessarily book the flights.
