Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements for wedding guests, including airfare, hotels, transportation, and activities
• Work with the wedding couple to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Communicate with guests to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Attend trade shows and represent the company
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and industry news
• Create detailed travel itineraries for guests
• Manage and maintain relationships with guests and vendors

This is a remote position, and the candidate must have access to a computer and internet. The candidate should be available to work during the wedding planning process and the wedding weekend.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience, Is a plus not a requirement.)

• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be a US citizen
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in travel planning and coordination is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
